RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your tallulahsjewelry.com purchase, you may return it for website credit or exchange if returned in new condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt/order number and return authorization form.

To receive return authorization, email customer service with the message subject “Return Inquiry”, and a Return Authorization will be sent via email which you can print out and send with returning merchandise. Return Authorization available for online purchases only.

For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and hold on to your receipt. tallulahsjewelry.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
